Edible Art – History and Our Philosophy
After sweating it out in some of the globes most demanding cake, dessert, bakery, and pastrymaking kitchens, in 1999 Edible Art Cakes in Margaret River, Western Australia was born.
Instead of using enticing words or tatoos and hairstyles to tell you about us and who we are, we would rather let our cakes do all the talking.
Myself with the assistance of the highly skilled Brittany Searle in the kitchen with my wife Tracy and daughter Katie Bonanno are the team at Edible Art Cakes Margaret River.
We are a small boutique cake and patisserie operation producing a high quality product.
33 years worth, in this glorious artistic trade of confectionary I have learnt that the one who thinks they know it all has become arrogant and blind.
The art of Patisserie is a well of discovery that never runs dry.
